SATS and SIA topped the index following the impending implementation of quarantine-free travel.
The Straits Times Index closed 3,397.66, up 0.99% on Thursday, 24 March 2022.
SATS grew by 5.04%, landing on the top of the index. This was followed by Singapore Airlines, which grew by 4.25%, and ComfortDelGro, which grew by 4.23%.
The only three stocks in the red are Hongkong Land, down 0.20%, Keppel DC Reit, down 0.44%, and Jardine Matheson, down 0.58%.
