Ocean Sky International’s Tan Min-Li resigns as director

After more than nine years, Tan Min-Li leaves her post in the company effective end-April.

Ocean Sky International Limited on Monday announced the resignation of its director Tan Min-Li.

Tan retires after more than nine years in the role, and will concurrently cease to be the chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and member of Audit Committee and Nominating Committee.

In a bourse filing, Ocean Sky International said Tan decided to step down as independent and non-executive director. This will take effect 30 April 2024 after the conclusion of the upcoming annual general meeting.

Independent director Chia Boon Kuah will replace Tan in the Remuneration Committee, the company said.

Prior to joining Ocean Sky International, Tan was a partner at Colin Ng & Partners LLP. She has years of experience in the legal profession, as well as in the areas of initial public offerings, regional investments, corporate restructuring, cross border joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions in the region.
