Opus sets up Singapore office

It is currently expanding its presence in Asia.

Compliance and risk management solutions provider Opus is reaching out to Asia by opening a new office in Singapore.

This comes as Monetary Authority of Singapore prompted companies to enhance their risk management and compliance programs.

Opus CEO Emanuele Conti said they are aiming help regional clients more effectively comply with both local and global Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABAC) regulations as well as mitigate their third party risks.

“Companies today are faced with a myriad of regulations that have global implications. In Asia Pacific, as companies increase their investment levels, managing risk in this increasingly complex regulatory environment is essential to effectively drive growth," Conti noted.
