Ascent Bridge applies for extension to issue annual report for 2024

The group's auditors said they need more time to complete audit procedures.

Ascent Bridge has applied to the Singapore Exchange Regulation (SGX RegCo) for a further extension to hold its annual general meeting and to issue its annual financial and sustainability report.

According to its bourse filling, the company's auditors said they need more time to complete audit procedures whilst the Audit & Risk Committee and the Board would need time to review and manage the logistics of the finalised report.

Ascent Bridge said it asked the regulator to allow them to hold their annual general meeting for the financial year ended 31  March 2024 by 30 November instead of 30 September this year. The group also asked for an extension on the issuance of its annual financial report and sustainability for FY2024 to 15 November instead of 13 September. 

The company also asked for an extension in holding its annual general meeting (AGM) and issuance of its FY2024 Sustainability Report.

Ascent Bridge also applied for further extensions to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority in holding its AGM and filing of annual return for FY2024.
