Boardroom appoints Christopher Grubb as director
He has over 40 years experience in investment management and investment banking in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and Australia.
Boardroom announced the appointment of Christopher Grubb as independent director.
Mr Grubb, 65, currently provides consulting and advisory services, primarily in the area of asset allocation and business planning to investment management and financial advisory sectors. He has over 40 years experience in investment management and investment banking in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and Australia.
Early in his career, he was with the Jardine Fleming Group where he managed investment portfolios for global investors in the Asian region and then launched the Asia ex Japan broking activities for Jardine Fleming in Hong Kong. He was appointed a Director in 1978 and in 1992, he became chief executive for Jardine Fleming in Japan. In 1995, he returned as managing director for Australasia whose activities included investment management, stockbroking and corporate advice and was director of and assisted with the strategic development of the jointly owned Ord Minnett Group.
