Boardroom appoints Thomas Teo Liang Huat as Non-Executive Director
He holds a Master of Business in Information Technology from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
He is currently the CFO of G.K. Goh Holdings. The Board of Boardroom announced the appointment of Thomas Teo Liang Huat as Non-Executive Director.
Mr Teo, 48, is the Chief Financial Officer of G.K. Goh Holdings Limited and a non-executive director of G. K. Goh Financial Services since 2006.
His executive responsibilities extend to financial and investment management as well as board representation on various subsidiaries and associates of the G.K. Goh Holdings Limited Group. Prior to joining the Group, Mr Teo was with a regional private equity group for about ten years, responsible for direct investments in the Asean region.
He also spent about eight years with Ernst and Young, Singapore and has had extensive experience in audit and corporate finance. Mr Teo is also an independent director of an Australian listed company, OM Holdings Limited, serving as its Audit Committee Chairman, according to a Boardroom report.
Mr Teo holds a Master of Business in Information Technology from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of Singapore. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
