Boardroom announced the cessation of service of Cheng Soon Kheng as chief financial officer effective 8 May 2015.
Mr Cheng, 50, is responbsible for the financial management and accounting matters of the group, according to a Boardroom report.
He was appointed to the post on 8 May 2013.
