CapitaLand prices $500m fixed rate perpetual notes at 3.65%

It will be issued on 17 October.

CapitaLand Treasury, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CapitaLand, has priced $500m fixed rate subordinated perpetual notes at 3.65% under the $5b Euro Medium Term Note Programme (EMTN Programme), according to an SGX filing.

The notes will be issued on 17 October and its distributions will be payable semi-annually in arrears.

DBS Bank has been appointed as the sole global coordinator for the perpetual notes. Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation (OCBC), United Overseas Bank (UOB) and DBS have been appointed as the joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the perpetual notes.
