Nera Telecommunications secures contracts worth S$31.1m

For IP network and microwave radio equipment.

The Board of Directors of Nera Telecommunications Ltd (Nera) is pleased to announce that the
Company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries have received contracts of approximately S$31.1 million in aggregate.

The first contract in network infrastructure worth S$23.2 million is from telecom and cellular operators in South East Asia for the supply, delivery, installation and maintenance of IP network equipment and software; and 2) Wireless Infrastructure Networks.

The second contract worth S$7.9 million is for the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning and maintenance of microwave radio equipment in South East Asia, Middle East and North Africa.

The contracts are not expected to have a significant impact on the performance of Nera and its
subsidiaries for the current financial year
