Ntegrator International denies contractual relationship with SingTel

Ntegrator clarifies confusion over supposed "appointment" by Huawei that they manage a SingTel service.

In a release, Ntegrator International Ltd. made the following clarifications in light of the Announcement suggesting that Sino Huawei Technologies Pte Ltd or Huawei had appointed Ntegrator.

Ntegrator was engaged by Huawei as an independent contractor to perform a limited role in relation to SingTel’s Copper-based voice and data network infrastructure. Huawei is and continues to be the entity responsible to assist SingTel in the operation and maintenance of the Copper-based Network.

Second, the contract signed between Huawei and the Company is not a managed services contract but a contract to engage the Company to act as an independent contractor for Huawei in a limited capacity.

Lastly, there is no contractual relationship between SingTel and the Company.
