Canning Fok to retire as group co-managing director of CK Hutchison
This will take effect on 1 April 2024.
Canning Fok Kin Ning will be retiring his position as group co-managing director of CK Hutchison Holdings Limited after serving more than 30 years in the position.
In addition to this, Fok will remain as an executive director of the company and take on the new position as deputy chairman, as well as executive chairman of CK Hutchison Group Telecom Holdings Limited.
Frank John Sixt and Lai Kai Ming, Dominic will be appointed as group co-managing directors of the company, whilst Sixt continues as group finance director.

“Mr Sixt and Mr Lai have been strong veterans of the group for over 30 years.” Victor T K Li, chairman of the company, said.
“They are fully equipped and well positioned to carry on leading the Group going forward.” Li added.
In the same announcement, Victor T K Li will step down as group co-managing director but will remain as chairman and executive director of the company.
Andrew John Hunter, who has worked with the group for over 35 years, is also set to become an executive director of the company.
