MyRepublic’s new home office broadband plan boasts business-level features

It has a yearly network uptime of 99.95%.

Fourth telco contender MyRepublic is rolling out Home Office—the first residential fibre broadband plan in Singapore that affordably offers business-level customer support and a 99.95% uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA) to home businesses.

According to the company’s press release, subscribers will pay $79.99 every month for a 1Gbps connection that comes with 24/7 access to a customer service team that will provide comprehensive technical support. 

Subscribers also get a free static IP that enables them to host whatever variety of services they need for their businesses, as well as a high-performance wireless router.

The most notable feature of the service, however, may be the inclusion of a business-level SLA that guarantees subscribers a yearly network uptime of 99.95%.

“Home Office subscribers pay far less than the hundreds of dollars in monthly subscriptions that traditional business-level plans charge, while still retaining their key features and reliability,” stated the press release.
