Singtel’s Optus Business nabs three-year ICT services deal with Australia’s biggest insurer

Optus will provide voice, mobile and data network services.

Singtel's Optus Business has inked a three-year, multi-million dollar deal with Australia’s largest global insurer, QBE Australia.

According to media release by Optus, the ICT services agreement will see Optus deliver voice, mobile and data network services for them. The contract supports voice and data services connecting more than 4000 QBE end users across 42 locations throughout Australia with the Optus network.

“We’re delighted with the new three year partnership between QBE Australia and Optus, and look forward to supporting QBE with a range of ICT services to support their business growth, speed to market and superior customer service,” commented John Paitaridis, Managing Director, Optus Business.

“The new 3 year contract with QBE is testament to the depth of our experience and capability. Our goal is to work closely with our enterprise customers to create shared value and market advantage,” Paitaridis added.
