SingTel increases finance unit's share capital to S$50mln

SingTel Treasury had only S$2 share capital before parent company injected $50mln.

Telecom operator SingTel revealed that it has increased the share capital of its subsidiary, SingTel Treasury, to S$50 million.

The unit, which primarily serves to provide finance and treasury services to the SingTel group of companies, previously had a share capital of just S$2.

The new shares have been fully paid up, SingTel said in a CFO World report.
