
SingTel taps NetCracker to deliver powerful solutions
Next generation infrastructure from NetCracker is set to replace SingTel's existing legacy systems.
In a release from Business Wire, NetCracker Technology announced that Singapore Telecommunications Limited (SingTel) has selected NetCracker’s Telecoms Operations and Management Solution (TOMS).
SingTel is one of the world’s largest communications service providers with a combined customer base of 434 million subscribers from its operations in Singapore and associates located in more than 25 countries.
NetCracker’s end-to-end fulfillment solution, designed to monetize investments in next-generation infrastructure and service delivery, will replace a number of legacy systems. This standards-based solution covers the design, planning, inventory, provisioning, and activation domains in SingTel’s next-generation infrastructure and reflects SingTel’s ongoing commitment to providing its customers with the most innovative services and the highest level of quality.
