StarHub’s net profit attributable to shareholders rises 26% YoY to $37.5m in Q1
The company attributed the increase to growth across all its segments.
StarHub ended Q123 with a 26% YoY higher net profit attributable to shareholders (NPAT) of $37.5m.
In a report, the company attributed the increase to the “growth registered across all segments.”
In Q1, the revenue of its service segment grew 11.0% to $461.6m, driven by revenue growth in Mobile (+13.5% YoY), Broadband (+20.4% YoY), Entertainment (+21.0% YoY), and Enterprise (+3.9% YoY).
Improvements in these segments pushed StarHub’s total revenue up by 8.7% to reach $557.4m
“The topline growth was backed by healthy operating metrics where ARPU grew YoY across most segments despite the sustained intense market competition,” the company said.
