Adventus Holdings appoints Kum Ping Wei as executive director

She has been appointed based on her professional experience, extensive contacts with key players of various industries and potential to contribute towards the core competences of the Board.

The Board of Adventus Holdings announced the appointment of Kum Ping Wei as executive director.

Ms Kum, 43, will be responsible for the business, management and operation of the Company and its subsidiaries, according to an Adventus Holdings report.

In the past, she was vice president of Cove Capital from September 2010 to 5 April 2013, head of research & execution of Gimbal Capital (Singapore) from May 2008 to September 2010 and vice president, Asian Capital Markets of Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Singapore Branch from November 2007 to April 2008.
