The Board of Sinotel Technologies announced the retirement of Cao Gui Xing as independent director.
Mr Cao, 73, was also chairman of Nominating Committee and member of Audit and Remuneration Committees, according to a Sinotel Technologies report.
He was appointed to the post 21 September 2007.
