The Board of Adventus Holdings announced the resignation of Gavin Mark McIntyre as Chief Finance Officer.
Mr McIntyre, 47, led the accounting, finance and administrative functions within the Adventus Group including acting as Director in subsidiary companies, according to an Adventus Holdings report.
He was appointed to the post 14 July 2008.
