Jorgen Larsen steps down as Nera Telecommunications Director

Mr Larsen has also relinquished his directorial post in Eltek ASA, a substantial shareholder of the Company.

The Board of Nera Telecommunications announced the resignation of Jorgen Larsen as Director.

Mr Larsen, 62, was previously nominated to the Board of Directors by Eltek ASA, a substantial shareholder of the Company. Mr Larsen left the employment of Eltek ASA to pursue personal interests. As a result, he will also relinquish concurrently his position as a Director of the Company.

Aside from a Non-Executive Director, he is also a Member of the Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee, according to a Nera Telecommunications report.

He was appointed to the post 6 February 2008.
