Robert J. Sachs, Seah Lim Huat and Sio Tat Hiang stepped down as StarHub's directors
They all resigned.
Mr. Sachs, 68, was appointed on April 29, 2005. He has 30 years experience in the cable television and media industry. He has a Bachelor of Political Science from the University of Rochester in 1970. He got a Master of Journalism from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism in 1974 and J.D. from Georgetown University. He has Doctorate of Law from Georgetown University in 1978. He has completed the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School in 1987.
Mr. Seah, 70, was appointed on July 22, 2002. His experience in the financial industry spans more than three decades. He is vice president for the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry and treasurer for the Singapore Business Federation. He is a member of the Singapore government's Economic Review Committee's Sub-committee on Policies Related To Taxation, The CPF System, Wages and Land and the Institute of Defence and Strategic Studies. He is chairman of the Sub-Committee on Banking of the Financial Centre Advisory Group, Monetary Authority of Singapore and the Sub-Committee on Finance and Banking on Singapore's Competitiveness. He is chairman of the National Wages Council and Singapore Health Services. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Singapore in 1968.
Mr. Sio, 69, was appointed on July 2, 2012. He has more than 20 years of finance and management experience. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore in 1970 and attended the London Business School Senior Management Programme in 1986.
