Starhub appoints Takeshi Kazami as Director

Mr. Kazami is also a DIrector of NTT Singapore from 2005 up to present.

The Board of Directors has accepted the recommendation of the Nominating Committee of StarHub Ltd ("StarHub") which has reviewed Mr Takeshi Kazami's qualifications and experience, and approved the appointment of Mr Kazami as a Non-Executive Director of StarHub. Pursuant to StarHub's Articles of Association, Mr Kazami is subject to retirement and re-election at the next Annual General Meeting of StarHub.

Mr. Kazami, 48, was Director, President & CEO, NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. July 2010 to present Prior to this, he was Director, Corporate Sales 2 Department, Corporate Sales Division of NTT Communications Corporation June 2007 to June 2010 and Secretary to CEO, NTT Communications Corporation from June 2005 to June 2007, according to a Starhub report.
