COE premiums close flat in September’s first bidding exercise

Buyers are holding out for lower prices.

This month’s first Certificate of Entitlement bidding exercise churned out fairly unexciting results as buyers continued to hold out for much lower prices.

Category A premiums fell by a marginal $409 to $57,089. Meanwhile, Category B COEs fell by just $39 to $62,101.

COE premiums for goods vehicles rose by $300 to $46,801, while COE premiums for motorcycles inched up by $400 to $6,512.

Premiums in the open category rose by a mere $9 tp $61,010.
