OKP Holdings clinches LTA contracts worth $143.8m

To construct sheltered linkways.

The Land Transport Masterplan 2013 aims to build a well-connected travel system for a more inclusive community in Singapore.

Under the LTM 2013 is the Walk2Ride programme, which was was designed to promote the use of public transport by improving connectivity between transport nodes such as Mass Rapid Transit (“MRT”) stations and trip generating hubs such as residential homes and public amenities with the construction of sheltered linkways.

A recent announcement by OKP Holdings reveals that it has clinched two LTA contracts worth $143.8m to construct sheltered linkways under the Walk2Ride programme.
