Singapore wins bid to host 26th Intelligent Transport Systems World Congress in 2019

LTA expects over 5,000 visitors.

Singapore has won the rights to host the 26th Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) World Congress 2019, the Land Transport Authority (LTA) said in a statement today.

The ITS World Congress is an international event held annually since 1994. It typically attracts about 5,000 participants from all over the world annually.

The congress is held once every three years in the Asia-Pacific region. Melbourne will host the next ITS World Congress in the AP region in 2016, and Singapore will host the following ITS World Congress in the AP Region in 2019.
