
COE premiums for big cars edged up 8.32% to $67,304
That of small cars jumped 2.84%.
The Land Transport Authority (LTA) received 3,033 bids at the end of the May second open bidding exercise for Certificates of Entitlement (COEs). Of these, 1,583 were successful.
Categor A cars (1,600cc and below) came in at $64,839 up 2.84% from last bidding's $62,999. Meanwhile, Category B cars (1,601cc and above) registered $67,304 up 8.32% from last bidding's $61,700.

Bidders can use the Temporary Certificates of Entitlement (TCOEs) obtained from this bidding exercise upon receipt of the TCOE notification letters. The non-transferable TCOEs will be valid till 30 November 2013. The transferable TCOEs will be valid till 31 August 2013. TCOEs issued to companies are not transferable.
