CoE premiums rise across all categories

CoE for big cars increased by 14.84%.

All certificate of entitlement (CoE) premiums in Singapore experienced increases in the first bidding in November.

According to the Land Transport Authority (LTA), CoE premiums for category B cars or big cars above 1,600 cc or 97 kW went up by 14.84% from $49,996 to $57,414. This is the highest increase amongst all categories.

Meanwhile, premiums for category A cars or small cars below 1,600 cc or 97 kW increased 13.2% from $41,617 to $47,112.

CoE premiums for motorcycles in category D rose by 12.22% to $5,502 from $4,903 in the last bidding.

Premiums for goods vehicles and buses were the highest for the bidding round at $58,036. They increased by 11.84% from $51,890 in the last bidding.

CoE premiums for the open category rose by 9.62% to $57,000 from $52,000 in the previous bidding.
