
COE premiums for small cars fall by $3,878
Category A and B cars recorded highest differences within the biddings.
Certificate of Entitlement (COE) premiums dropped across all vehicle categories, according to latest records from the Land Transport Authority (LTA).
LTA recorded 9,284 successful bids out of 13,341 made during the month.
Amongst vehicle types, categories A, cars with up to 1600cc and 97kW, and B, above 1600cc and 97kW, posted the widest differences between premiums within the month.
Category A premiums fell by $3,878 to $42,900, whilst Category B premiums fell $2,711 to $51,000.
Meanwhile, those in category D fell $2,189 to $3,512, whilst those in Category E dropped by $2,751 to $50,000.
Category C premiums fell the least by $797 to $42,004.
