
COE prices fell across the board in latest bidding exercise
Premiums for category B cars fell to $38,602.
Certificate of Entitlement (COEs) premiums across all categories fell in its latest bidding exercise on 21 August, an announcement revealed.

Premiums for category A vehicles, comprising cars below 1600cc or 97kW, fell to $31,917 from $32,725 in its first bidding. Category B, cars above 1600cc or 97kW, saw its premiums drop to $38,602 from $40,001.
Prices of goods vehicles & buses under category C hit $26,501, down from $27,800 in its first bidding whilst motorcycle premiums went from $4,400 to $4,301. Prices for category E vehicles also dropped to $40,002 from $40,512.
A total of 5,189 bids were received, with an available quota of 3,495.
