ComfortDelGro’s wholly-owned indirect subsidiary, Metroline Travel Limited, has acquired a property in Brentford, London from Waterside Places for $6.552m (£3.6m).
The acquisition of the 2.5-acre site will enable the transport operator to “invest in the development of a new bus garage.”
In a bourse filing, ComfortDelGro said the acquisition will be fully funded by cash through internal resources.
Metroline Travel Limited said it does not expect the property purchase to have any material impact on its net tangible assets or earnings per share ending 31 December 2021.
