EasyVan wants to be the Uber of moving men
It's Uber for moving your stuff.
Tech startup company EasyVan is taking the streets of Singapore to help make lives easier for drivers and users. EasyVan first launched its mobile application last December in Hong Kong, where it has become the fastest-growing goods transportation platform. Today, EasyVan aims to connect people with professional van and lorry drivers throughout the city, and help drivers get extra business when they want it.
Users who place an order through its HK app (available for both iOS & Android) are easily matched with the best-rated driver close to them. The driver will call and greet users within 30 seconds, and if it's an immediate order the van or lorry will arrive at their door in 5 minutes.
"We are now expanding to Singapore to help drivers and people in need of goods transportation service. At EasyVan we target to not only improve the quality and efficiency of the goods logistics market, but also ultilize idle capacity and contribute to improving the local transportation system as a whole," said Gary Hui, Easy Van's co-founder & director, Singapore.
