ESR Cayman Limited announced a 60% increase in profit, totaling $313.30m (US$229.63m) for the first half of 2021.
Its earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization also saw a 38.6% jump to $509.23m (US$373.46M). Meanwhile, its profit after taxation and minority interests grew by 60.9% to $291.82m (US$213.9M).
The company accredited this to ESR’s position in the growth of e-commerce and the logistic market. Strong capital inflow, as well as co-investments made by the group, contributed to this result.
