ESR-REIT predicted to have favorable conditions for next two years

The company’s sponsorship by ESR Cayman and recent acquisition in asset management strengthen their portfolio

ESR-REIT’s future looks bright as their new sponsor, ESR Cayman, puts them in a favourable future. 

The company is the largest APAC-focused real estate platform, with presence most especially in China, South Korean, Japan, India, Singapore, Australia, and Indonesia. Japan and South Korea serve as the places to have the largest exposure at 26%, followed by China at 23%.

Cayman is also currently aggressive in terms of its expansion, as they have obtained Milestone Logistics Portfolio in the largest direct property transaction in Australia. 

Because of this, ESR-REIT is predicted to have a distributable income of $108.4m for MKE 2021E.
