Keppel Logistics unit expands to Vietnam and Malaysia

It launched an online-to-offline service in Vietnam.

Omnichannel logistics and commerce firm UrbanFox, a unit of Keppel Logistics, has launched online-to-offline (O2O) services in Vietnam and plans to set up a warehouse Malaysia, an announcement revealed.

In partnership with Enterprise Singapore and Keppel Land, UrbanFox’s O2O services have gone live at Estella Place shopping mall in Ho Chi Minh City. This allows customers to purchase the mall’s products at its physical stores or webstore and can also opt for in-mall collection or home delivery. In addition, interactive kiosks have been set up around the mall to highlight promotions and products.

Meanwhile, UrbanFox has recently been appointed by the Malaysian Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) as a cross-border e-commerce initiative partner and is planning to set-up a corporate office and digitally-enabled warehouse in Shah Alam, Selangor.

The firm launched in October 2017 and currently manages the logistics and e-commerce needs of more than 500 brands and over 20,000 products.
