LTA to waive ERP administrative fees for payments settled within five-day grace period

Motorists missing the grace period will pay the $10 administrative fee

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) will waive the Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) administrative charge for motorists who miss the ERP payment within a five-day grace period.

Starting 1 October, LTA will notify motorists of missed ERP payments via SMS. Motorists who pay within the five-day grace period will not be charged the $10 administrative fee.

Motorists who fail to pay within the grace period will receive a letter from LTA and must pay the $10 administrative fee. Failure to pay will result in a $70 fine.

LTA advises motorists to keep their Singapore-registered mobile numbers updated on the Singpass website to receive SMS alerts.
