Cougar Logistics names Jonathan Tahir as Executive Chairman
He will also be Chairman of the Executive Committee and Member of the Nominating Committee.
The Board of Directors had accepted the recommendation of the Nominating Committee who had reviewed Mr Jonathan Tahir’s qualification and experience and approved his appointment as the Executive Chairman of the Company.
Mr Tahir, 25, will be responsible in overseeing the operations and business of the Group and provide corporate direction and control, according to a Cougar Logistics report.
