Go-Jek Singapore appoints Lien Choong Luen as general manager
He joins the firm from the National Research Foundation.
Go-Jek has hired management consultant Lien Choong Luen as general manager for its Singapore operations, an announcement revealed.
Lien will take charge of the ride-hailing firm’s commercial business operations and other business activities. He was formerly with the National Research Foundation where he worked to enhance company innovation in Singapore’s research and development ecosystem.
“Lien brings a range of professional and life experiences to the team,” Go-Jek’s president Andre Soelistyo said in a statement. “His deep understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship makes him a fantastic choice for Go-Jek.”
Prior to his role at the National Research Foundation, Lien spent five years as a strategy consultant at the Southeast Asia McKinsey Centre Government where he served clients in the technology and consumer industries.
