The Board of Manhattan Resources announced the resignation of Lee Hui Gek as chief financial officer effective 30 June 2013.
Ms Lee, 41, was tasked to oversee the overall financial activities of the Group, according to a Manhattan Resources report.
She was appointed to the post 12 December 2011.
