Peter Chang quits as Sky One Holdings chairman
His position as a key executive in a number of other large enterprises, wherein daily responsibilities there have grown and increasingly demand more of his time.
Sky One Holdings announced the resignation of Peter Chang as chairman of the board and non-executive director.
Mr Chang, 64, was primarily responsible for the working of the board and reviewing the effectiveness of the corporate governance process of the board. He is responsible for representing the board to shareholders, overseeing the overall business strategy and expansion of the group, according to a Sky One Holdings report.
He was appointed to the post 28 January 2008.
