Pteris Global names Fong Heng Boo as Director

He is also a Director (Special Duties) of Singapore Totalisator Board, the owner of Singapore Pools & Singapore Turf Club.

The Board of Pteris Global announced the appointment of Fong Heng Boo as Director. The Board approved the appointment of Mr Fong on the recommendation of the Nominating and Remuneration Committee which reviewed his background, qualifications and experience, according to a Pteris Global report.

Mr Fong, 63, is the Director (Special Duties) Singapore Totalisator Board (Owner of Singapore Pools & Singapore Turf Club) from 1 July 2004 to present. Before this he was Senior Vice President (Corporate Services) from May 9 2000 to June 30 2004. and Deputy General Manager (Corporate Services) of Singapore Turf Club from May 1, 1998 to May 8, 2000.
