Sky One Holdings appoints Agus Sugiono as executive chairman and CEO

He will replace Dicky Suen Yiu Chung who resigned from the post due to the changes in Board composition pursuant to the completion of the acquisition of Energy Prima by the Company.

Sky One Holdings announced the appointment of Agus Sugiono as executive chairman and chief executive officer.

Mr Agus Sugiono, 52, will be responsible for the strategic planning and development of the group's business, and spearheading the expansion and growth of the group, according to a Sky One Holdings report.

From 1994 to 2014, he was the CEO, COO, CFO and advisor of PT Polytama Propindo. He has over 27 years of experience in the oil, gas and petrochemicals industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master in Business Administration (International Management) from the University of Indonesia. He is also a registered public accountant in Alberta, Canada and a member of the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.
