Hengyang Petrochemical Logistics announced the resignation of Wang Sheng Bin as vice general manager.
Mr Wang, 39, was in charge of human resource and Wuhan project development, according to a Hengyang Petrochemical Logistics report.
He was apoointed to the post 30 April 2012.
