Darco Water Technologies announced the resignation of Ang Kheng Hui as lead independent director.
Mr Ang, 44, was also chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating Commitee and Renumeration Committee, according to a Darco Water Technologies report.
He was appointed to the post on 17 July 2013.
