SIIC Environment Holdings announced the resignation of Raymond Tan Kim Han as chief financial officer.
Mr Tan, 36, was responsible for overseeing the group's financial, accounting, treasury, tax and corporate secretarial matters, according to an SIIC Environment Holdings report.
He was appointed to the post on 2 April 2011.
