Allied Tech retains troubled executive
Allied Tech executive director Kenneth Low was arrested and released on bail early April.
Catalist-listed Allied Technologies Limited has retained its embattled executive director following his arrest and bail.
In a bourse disclosure, Allied Tech said it "sees no impediment" to letting Kenneth Low stay as an executive director.
Low was, on April 7, called in by the Commercial Affairs Department(CAD), and was released on bail the same day. According to Low, no charges were filed against him.
"The NC and the Board may have to revise its assessmentabove in the event that there are any developments to the matter," Allied Tech said.
Allied operates a precision metal stamping business. Allied Tech Chief Operating Officer Tan Siang Keng is responsible for the overall operations and business activities.
