CCM Industrial inks $3.4m car park construction deal

The project will span 25 months.

According to a release, the Board of Directors of CCM Group Limited announced that the Company had, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, CCM Industrial Pte. Ltd. secured a contract from the Housing & Development Board.

The Contract amounts to approximately S$3.4 million and covers improvement works to multi-storey car parks. The Contract will involve 10 phases and cover a
period of 25 months, commencing on 21 December 2012 and is scheduled to be completed by 20 January 2015.

The Contract is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated earnings per share and/or net tangible assets per share of the Group for the current
financial year ending 31 December 2012.
