Kingsmen's profits up 4.9% to S$17.1m
Will it continue its momentum this year?
Kingsmen Creatives Ltd has announced its financial results for FY2012. The company's revenue increased 11.2% to S$290.3 million, while net profit increased 4.9% to S$17.1 million in FY12.
The good performance was driven by strong demand for the Group’s services and higher revenue contribution from all of the Group’s business divisions.
The company's Exhibitions and Museums division continued to perform well, posting a revenue of S$109.0 million in FY12 as compared to S$99.4 million in FY11. The Interiors division also saw positive results, posting a 10.0% increase in revenue to S$158.4 million in FY12.
Finally, the company's Research and Design division’s revenue increased 19.1% to S$10.2 million in FY2012. This growth was driven by greater demand for its design consultancy services and creative design capabilities.
The company expects 2013 to be another good year, given its strong market position and demand for its services. As at 27 February 2013, the Group has secured contracts of approximately S$81 million which is expected to be recognized this financial year.
