KSH clinches $78.2m contract to build Singapore's Chinese Cultural Centre at Shenton Way

Its order book now stands at over $414m.

Mainboard-listed KSH Holdings has been awarded a$78.2m contract to build the new 11-storey Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre at Shenton Way.

The Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre will include an art gallery, a recital hall, a multi-purpose hall and a 530-seat auditorium, among other facilities. Activities such as arts and cultural performances, conferences and exhibitions will be held at the venue, located next to the Singapore Conference Hall.

This is KSH's first order win for 2015. Construction is expected to commence after the Lunar New Year, March 2, 2015 and is targeted to be completed within 89 weeks after commencement.
