ST Engineering streamlines US aircraft interior business

Aiming to strengthen its aircraft interior engineering capability.

The integrated engineering group has completed a move to improve its operational efficiency as it merger its subsidiary, VT Aerospace, to VT San Antonio Aerospace Inc.

According to a statement by ST Engineering, subsequent to the merger, VT San Antonio Aerospace, Inc, also a subsidiary of VT Aerospace, is the surviving entity.

ST Engineering says VT Aerospace is a subsidiary of Vision Technologies Systems, Inc., the US headquarters of ST Engineering.

“Business continues seamlessly as VT DRB Aviation Consultants’ operations will be managed by the same leadership team and remains committed to supporting customers on engineering and Organisation Designation Authorisation related services, as an integral division of VT San Antonio Aerospace,” the statement added.
