Alpina consortium wins $115.7m contract for facilities management
The contract will commence in January 2025.
Alpina Holdings Limited announced that the consortium formed by its wholly-owned subsidiary Digo Corporation Pte. Ltd with Savills Property Management Pte Ltd. won the $115.7m contract for integrated facilities management for a tertiary education institution.
The agreement will commence in January 2025, with target completion by December 2028, with an option for the customer to extend the contract for another four years and three months.
Alpina noted that the “provisional contract sum is indicative only and may not be an accurate indicator of the actual revenue to be recognised by the group as the final contract sum will depend on, inter alia, the actual work to be undertaken by the group.”
The parent company expects the contract to contribute positively to the group’s financial performance and earnings per share (EPS) and net tangible assets (NTA) per share for the duration of the agreement.
Meanwhile, Alpina does not expect the contract to impact the group's EPA and NTA per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2024.
